Gingersnap Pumpkin Pie

This is an intensely flavored pie, from the gingersnap crust to the well-spiced, concentrated pumpkin filling. It’s so much more than the recipe found on the canned pumpkin.

Indian Chicken in Creamy Almond Sauce

Simmer chicken in a broth flavored with toasted cinnamon, bay leaves, onion and garlic, curry powder, turmeric and cardamom. Add sour cream and ground almonds to the broth and thicken for a delicious sauce.

Marinate chicken in a flavorful spice mixture, dredge in flour, and cook until crisp for an easy weeknight meal.

Boston Beach Jerk Chicken

This is a wonderful, earthy, spicy hot chicken dish. Marinate chicken pieces in a paste of green onions, thyme, pepper, coriander, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, bay, and Scotch bonnet peppers, and then grill. Don’t forget to wear gloves when handling the peppers!
