There’s a saying that good managers take more than their share of the blame, and less than their share of the credit. I’m on a team of hard-working, under-celebrated managers and was looking for a way to treat them every so often. We now celebrate the end of the quarter with hand-shaken cocktails, and this combination of vodka, lime, and ginger beer was one of the first recipes.
This is an easy and impressive main dish to serve for friends. Make the butter earlier in the day, and then fire up the grill when your guests arrive.
