Brie & Grape Crostini

Top toasted slices of French bread with brie, red grapes, drizzled honey, and chopped walnuts for a perfect girls’ night snack.

  • 1 medium loaf crusty Italian bread
  • Butter
  • Red grapes
  • Brie, sliced
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)


Cut loaf into long 3/4-inch slices on an angle. Brush both sides with melted butter and toast in a toaster oven or oven broiler for a few minutes until slightly crispy.

Layer slices of brie generously on the toast, then add a few sliced red grapes. Toast again until the cheese starts to bubble. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
