Leo loved these smoothies as a two-year-old, and we made them most weekends, until he learned to blow bubbles with his straw and we needed a tidier breakfast option. The original recipe calls for red cabbage, if you’re looking to make them even more nutritious.

- 2 cups plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1 whole banana, peeled
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup cranberry or grape juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.
