Laure’s Ginger-Lime Dressing

Fresh lime, soy sauce, shallots, and ginger come together in a fast and easy salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. finely diced shallot
  • 1 Tbs. finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbs. peanut oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Let sit 10 minutes before using.
