When you’re squeezed for time and trying to get dinner on the table, your grocery store’s deli will save the day. Prepare any flavor of tortellini from the refrigerator case, and thread onto skewers with antipasti favorites.

- Refrigerated or frozen tortellini
- Olive oil
- Sliced Sopressata or salami
- Marinated or fresh mushrooms
- Pitted olives
- Peppadew peppers
- Bite-sized balls or chunks of fresh mozzarella
- Cherry or grape tomatoes
Prepare the tortellini according to package directions; drain. If desired, very lightly toss with a small amount of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Thread ingredients onto skewers and serve.
