Guy’s Chicken Skewers

Chicken breasts, thinly sliced against the grain, marinated in prepared korma masala sauce, and then threaded onto skewers, cook quickly on the grill for a delicious appetizer or main course.


  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Prepared korma masala or similar sauce, such as Curries by Nature


Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Slice thinly against the grain, and place in a shallow dish. Coat with enough korma masala sauce to evenly cover the meat. Cover and chill in the refrigerator, about 2 hours.

While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning.

Preheat a barbecue grill. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
