Skillet Chicken Tenders

These simple chicken tenders are a quick, easy protein to pack for lunch.


  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • Salt and pepper


Heat 1 Tbs. olive oil in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Lay the chicken in the hot pan and cook 6 minutes on each side without disturbing.

Check to ensure chicken is cooked through, and remove to a plate to cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
