Khanh had this dish, also known as Buffet Potatoes, at a friend’s brunch. She said it’s delicious and easy, and most importantly, divine.

- 1 2-lb. package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 stick of butter, sliced
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350º.Grease a baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread evenly in the baking dish and bake for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, until top is brown.
