Chamomile, lavender, and clary sage essential oils sooth the skin and help it absorb moisture. Add this to a bath for healthier skin.
- 4 oz. sweet almond oil
- 5 drops Roman or wild chamomile essential oil
- 5 drops lavendar essential oil
- 5 drops Clary sage essential oil
- 3 gel capsules vitamin E
Pour almond oil into a decorative bottle. Add essential oils. Squeeze vitamin E oil from gel capsules into bottle; cap. Shake well. Store in a cool dry place.
