Bath Oil for Dehydrated Skin

Yield: Oil for 8 to 10 baths Total time: 15 minutes March 15, 2003

Chamomile, lavender, and clary sage essential oils sooth the skin and help it absorb moisture. Add this to a bath for healthier skin.


  • 4 oz. sweet almond oil
  • 5 drops Roman or wild chamomile essential oil
  • 5 drops lavendar essential oil
  • 5 drops Clary sage essential oil
  • 3 gel capsules vitamin E


Pour almond oil into a decorative bottle. Add essential oils. Squeeze vitaminĀ E oil from gel capsules into bottle; cap. Shake well. Store in a cool dry place.
